Abseil and ropework refresher sessions
If your Abseil skills are a little rusty then these short sessions under the guidance of our Ropes Safety Team cover all the basic skills that you will need to get the most out of your Rat Race Adventure.
We will cover abseil techniques along with any other specific rope skills needed on the race. There will also be a chance to chat with our staff to discuss any questions you may have.
