Christmas Returns Policy
Orders after the 15th November 2018 can be returned up to the 10th January 2019 for a refund or exchange (depending on stock availability). Goods must be in a resalable condition in their original packaging, please see our full return details here.
We will open on the 24th December and 31st December for customer service only, orders made on these days will not be dispatched until the next working day.

PRODUCT DELIVERY CHARGES TO THE UK |
There is free postage available on orders to the UK mainland totaling £75 or more, before shipping charges are applied. For orders totaling less than £75, a charge of £3.99 will be applied. Standard shipping orders will be dispatched within 2 - 3 business days of order, and delivered 48 hours after dispatch.For more information, see our delivery page.

RETURNS |
Return your products to us within 14 days of receiving the order. UK Mainland customers can return their products using our pre-paid returns label on their invoice, a £2.99 charge will be applied when using this label. For more information, see our Returns page.

TENT HIRE ORDERS |
Bell tent and serviced camping packages will be fulfilled at the event for which they were ordered. These orders fall within our Event terms and conditions that can found on the relevant event website or can be seen at this link http://www.ratraceevents.info/terms-conditions/. |
