I have been asked to review this. I can't. Sadly Rat Race are using shambolic Royal Mail who have delivered them toan address Iived at five years ago. How either Royal Mail or Rat Race have done this is beyond me. But it means having left days and days for them to arrive on a 48 delivery promise I cannot take them with me.

I am addicted to these flapjacks. Perfect for long runs to keep you going - all the carbs you need with a lovely taste. But also great for snacks!
I bought the mixed flapjack box, the stem ginger flavour is amazing. All the other flavours a good too. Just what you need on a long run or walk. I can’t stomach gels but I can tolerate these ok 😃
I got these one time at a pit stop and have been hooked ever since. Once I found they were back on sale, bought immediately. Easy to digest, plenty of carbs and a lovely treat on a log run. LOVE.
Tough choice as to what box to buy…didn’t fancy the mix as didn’t fancy the peanut butter.
Opted for granola and although slightly dry, was easy to eat on a hill run on a soggy autumnal Sunday in Scotland at the weekend
