Christmas Delivery 

Our hardworking Elves are packing up their sleighs for a well deserved Christmas break. To make sure your orders arrive before the Big Day, place your order by midnight on Thursday 18th December. Any orders received after this will be processed when the Elves return on the 5th of January.

DELIVERY CHARGES TO THE UK

There is free postage available on orders to the UK mainland totaling £100 or more, before shipping charges are applied. For orders totaling less than £100 a charge of £4.99 will be applied. Standard and Economy shipping orders will be dispatched within 2 - 3 business days of order, and delivered 48 hours after dispatch.

International Shipping

Please note that customs duty or VAT charges and a handling fee may be required in the in order to receive your parcel. This charge varies from country to country and is the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Please note that you will need to sign for your parcel.

Please note: Due to an executive order and our current systems not being in place, we are unable to ship orders to the USA for the foreseeable future. However, if you would like to collect an order at a specific event, please contact us via email well in advance.
