Excellent quality, warm and looks great. This is an event version but Rat Race also do plain ones that are equally good.
This got a thorough test in some extremely wet and windy conditions on the West Highland Way. It kept me dry and I would say was at least as good as my expensive Mountain Equipment jacket. It packs much smaller so was better on those days when it would spend time in my pack. It will be my go to waterproof for cycle touring going forward due to it's pack size, orange colour and reflectives. I was on the border of small and medium sizes and initially ordered the medium. This was way too big. The small still allows room for a couple of warm layers underneath.
