This is the stuff that earns its place in your bag and helps keep you warm, dry, hydrated and ready.
Some of it is mandatory, all of it is there for a reason.

I'm a five foot nothing, 60-odd kilo, Aussie lady and I love this trail vest. Ordinarily I am a size 10-12, usually a ladies Medium here in Australia.
I purchased a Large trail vest as the measurements matched the most closely with my existing Salomon 12L Unisex XS pack.
The pack is longer from shoulders to lower back than the Salomon and it would have been nice to know that length (although let's be honest, I'd have purchased one anyway).
The side and front pockets are a similar layout to my existing pack but the side pockets are a little smaller - I have had to rethink what I keep in those pockets now.
I have worn the vest for up to 5 hours on the trails and so far no chafing. It feels a little odd to have my lower back/upper glutes being 'brushed' by the bottom of my vest/hydration bladder, but it's not a deal breaker.
I have no regrets buying this vest. I'd probably try a Medium if I bought another one.
Nice and lightweight, material is stretchy so there's give in them for when you need to raise knee to climb over stile etc.
Haven't worn them to run in yet but I think they'll be great.

Alles prima 👍👍
Great size, comfortable. Fits all the essentials for a day in the trails, is comfortable for long periods (8.5hrs longest so far)
Fantastic quality and design. This is now my go to day trail pack.
Outstanding quality and comfort, can’t wait to give them a real test later this week when we hit a few peaks
Outstanding quality and design, I have spent time in some of the most hostile environments you can imagine and gear is everything, I have been called a gear snob before, I don’t think I am, I just know what matters when your in a bad spot and pick my gear accordingly. I would pick this all day long. Same with the gloves and my 15L pack! Thank you
Great quality & comfortable
I bought this as a gift for my wife who is doing a lot of ultra running and she said that it is very good pack with plenty of storage/pockets and comfortable 👍🏻
