Welcome to Rat Race Store Rewards, our loyalty program designed to reward our valued customers with Kit Points. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Rat Race Store Rewards

1. Earning Kit Points

  • Customers earn 5 Kit Points for every £1 spent on qualifying purchases at ratracestore.com.
  • Kit Points are not earned on postage costs.
  • Points cannot be retrospectively applied to past purchases.
  • If an order is refunded, the corresponding points will be deducted from the customer’s account.
  • Customers can earn an extra 200 Kit Points on their birthday, provided they have entered their birthdate at least 30 days in advance.
  • Referral rewards: Customers can earn £3 in Kit Points when they refer a friend, and the referred friend will also receive £3 off their first order (minimum spend £12). This offer does not apply to discounted products.
  • Kit Points can only be earned and redeemed at ratracestore.com and are not valid for Rat Race events or any other sales channels.

2. Redeeming Kit Points

  • Points can only be redeemed in multiples of 100.
  • A minimum spend of £20 is required when redeeming points.
  • Redemption codes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Codes cannot be combined with other discount codes.

3. Kit Points Account & Usage

  • Kit Points cannot be merged or transferred between accounts.
  • Points hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.
  • Rat Race Store Rewards membership and benefits can be withdrawn at any time at our discretion.

4. Communications & Account Management

  • Some email communications are necessary for us to send as part of the Rat Race Store Rewards program. These include, but are not limited to, account information, password reminders, reward balances, order tracking, and event reminders.
  • Customers cannot opt out of these service-related emails unless they choose to cancel their Rat Race Store Rewards account.
  • Cancelling your account will remove you from any future Rewards communications, as we will no longer be able to deliver rewards and benefits.
  • This does not affect any separate marketing preferences you may have.

5. Changes to the Program

  • Rat Race Store reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rat Race Store Rewards program at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of program termination, any unused Kit Points will expire immediately.
